Auntie Tracey, for those of you who don't know, is Mark's sister. She's in the third year of her residency, and despite her absolutely crazy, exhausting schedule, somehow makes the time to come visit us at least a couple times a month. The boys absolutely adore her, and to show her their love they have given her a bit of an unfortunate nickname. Auntie Meat. You may be thinking to yourself, "Why in the world?" Well, here's the story. One afternoon when Auntie Tracey was visiting, the boys were eating their lunch, but were not overly excited about eating their turkey. Auntie stepped in to help with some motivation, and somehow the following ensued:
Since that day, Auntie Tracey has been associated with meat. And that is how Auntie Meat came to be.
P.S. Auntie Tracey, thank you for all the effort you put into coming to visit the boys, and all the love you give them. We know how difficult it is, and it means the world to us. We love you to pieces!!
