Daddy's Little Helpers

A few weeks ago, we finally planted a lemon tree that my mom had given us about a year and a half ago.  By "we" I mean Mark.  He did all the hard work, and let me emphasize hard.  The dirt in our backyard is not very conducive to planting or digging.  It consists of a lot of very hard clay, and is a pain to work with (not that I speak from experience).  In fact, I don't think he'd have been able to successfully plant the lemon tree without the help of two very strong, able young men:

Assistance with watering.



Concerned Owen: "Uh, Daddy? That's not what it says to do on this paper."



And it ends in a good old fashioned duel for the lemons. "Put your dukes up!"  Unfortunately, it looks like someone is on the losing end of this battle...
